If no guest is staying in the apartment the night before, we can guarantee an Early Check-In.

How can I check into my booked apartment?

You will receive the access code for the booked apartment one day before arrival.

Can I leave my luggage if I want to arrive earlier or depart later?

Please contact us in advance, and we will store your luggage in our office.

What time should I check out of the apartment?

The apartment should be vacated by 10:00 am.


Does every apartment have access to the rooftop terrace?

No, each apartment on the top floor has its own area on the rooftop terrace, so access is limited.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?

Yes, of course, everything is freshly made and ready for you in the apartment.

Are hypoallergenic bed linens available if needed?

Yes, of course, please let us know at the time of booking.

How long can I cancel for free?

Is parking available at the apartments?

There are no free parking spaces available, as parking fees apply throughout Vienna from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

What type of coffee machine is in the apartments?

There are Nespresso coffee machines with capsule function.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

We are a non-smoking accommodation, smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Where exactly is the entrance located?

The entrance is located at Schuhmanngasse 55, it is a white house with black balconies.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, the elevator reaches all floors.

How do I get to the city/center?

You can reach the city in 20 minutes with the U6 towards Siebenhirten.

Get off at Westbahnhof.

How do I get from the airport to the apartment?

Take the U6 towards Floridsdorf – get off at Handelskai and change to REX 7 towards Vienna Airport.

It takes about 1 hour by public transport.

Hold NFC tag with phone – information appears on the phone?

Simply hold your phone to the chip, and all information will appear on your smartphone.

Is there Wi-Fi and where can I find the password?

Yes, you will find the password on the table in a small picture frame in each apartment.

Is there air conditioning? How can I regulate the room temperature?

The light + heating in the room is controlled via the panel immediately to the right at the entrance. Alternatively, you can also regulate the room temperature with the air conditioning.

What should I consider when leaving the apartment?

Tap the Good-Bye-Button (SCENE) on the right at the entrance to turn everything off in the apartment simultaneously.
