How does an early check-in work?
If no guest is not in the flat the night before, we can guarantee an early check-in.
How can I check into my booked flat?
You will receive the access code for the booked flat one day before arrival.
Can I leave my suitcase if I want to arrive earlier or leave later?
Please contact us in advance and we will store your suitcase in our office in the meantime.
Where exactly is the entrance?
The entrance is at Schumanngasse 55, it is a white house with black balconies.
Is there a lift?
Yes, you can reach all floors with the lift.
What is the deadline for checking out of the flat?
The flat must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning.
A later departure is possible for a fee and must be requested and confirmed with us at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-out until 11:00 am – 30€
Check-out until 12:00 pm – 50€
What should I bear in mind when leaving the flat?
Tap the good-bye button (SCENE) on the right at the entrance to switch off everything in the flat at the same time.

No, each flat on the top floor has its own area on the roof terrace, so access is limited.
Are bed linen and towels already provided in the flat?
Yes of course, everything awaits you fresh and ready-covered in the flat.

Yes of course, please let us know when you book.
Is there a car park at the flats?
There are no free parking spaces available, as parking fees are payable throughout Vienna from 9:00-22:00.

We are a non-smoking accommodation, smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.

Is air conditioning available? How can I regulate the room temperature?
The light + heating in the room is controlled via Patt right at the entrance. You can also control the room temperature with the air conditioning.
How do I operate the washing machine?

How do I get to the city centre?
You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes on the U6 towards Siebenhirten.
Get off at Westbahnhof.
How do I get from the airport to the flat?
Take the U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf – get off at Handelskai and change to REX 7 in the direction of Vienna Airport.
It takes about 1 hour by public transport.
Is there a W-Lan and where can I find the password?
Yes, you will find the password in a small picture frame on the table in each flat.
